Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
