• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
